By purchasing services from HubFuture Systems, you agree to the following:
1. Setup Fee
The one-time setup fee covers implementation, configuration, and deployment of automation systems. Due to the custom digital nature of the work, setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
2. Subscription Billing
Ongoing services are billed monthly. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not refund previous payments.
3. No Guarantees
HubFuture Systems provides software configuration and automation tools. We do not guarantee specific business results, revenue outcomes, or performance metrics.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide necessary access, information, and cooperation required for system implementation.
5. Limitation of Liability
HubFuture Systems shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of services.
